MARIE BUENO
About Me
Marie was born and raised on the south side of San Antonio. Listening to Tejano music while
mom cooked or when dad was outside having a cold one after a long day, Tejano was instilled in
her and where her love for Tejano music and culture would start.
Marie has been singing Tejano for over 20 years and has performed at events, of all scales, all
over Texas. Marie delivers elegant, but strong vocals exciting new fans with an introduction and
live performances side by side with Tejano Music’s greatest!
Musical Journey in Tejano Music
In 2019 Marie signed with Gold Man Records in Austin Texas making her official music debut with heartfelt originals created by industry legend Beto Ramon and produced by Hugo Guerrero with fans in mind, this new original song's lyrics touch real life's precious moments.
Most recent, Marie released her second single, "Deslave", available on all digital platforms. She is currently working on projects to release music this year with industry legends Johnny Martinez & Grupo Bravo and Rick Fuentes and Brown Express. Marie also had to honor of performing and presenting the Duo of The Year Award at the Texas Pura Vida Awards at the Beautiful Tobin Center for Performing Arts.
